Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) Procedure

1. Acknowledgment – We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 days of receiving it and confirm that we are processing it.

2. Verification of Identity – To protect your privacy, we may ask you to provide information to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. This may include confirming details already in our records or providing a form of identification.

3. Assessment of Request – Once verified, we will review the request to determine whether we are able to fulfill it under applicable law (for example, some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual, or compliance reasons).

4. Response Timeline – We aim to provide a response and, where applicable, access to your data within 30 days of verification. If more time is needed due to complexity or volume, we will notify you and provide an explanation.

5. Delivery of Data/Confirmation – If your request relates to access, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information in a commonly used electronic format. If your request relates to correction or deletion, we will confirm when the requested changes have been made or explain why certain data must be retained.

6. Right to Appeal/Complain – If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact us again for further review. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
