Angelina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha and Alpha Phi Sigma, the national honor societies for political science and criminal justice. Her undergraduate studies focused on governance, justice, and moral philosophy, exploring how democratic systems evolve to balance liberty, order, and equality. As a Communications Specialist for the Tennessee State Government, Angelina supports statewide initiatives that strengthen public safety, human rights, and community partnerships. She leads outreach for Tennessee Businesses Against Trafficking (TBAT), a state program mobilizing the private sector to combat human trafficking, and manages logistics for the “Baby in the Back” campaign, a statewide child safety initiative. Through these roles, she has developed expertise in interagency coordination, stakeholder communication, and data-informed strategy, all skills she now applies to operational leadership within the nonprofit sector.
Angelina’s experience also includes work with the Monmouth County political commitees and affililiations, and Beatrice Nichols’ Congressional campaign for 7th Congressional District of Alabama, where she contributed to voter research, policy communication, and grassroots organizing.
