Service Policy

AGARD RESEARCH ASSOCIATES INC. — CONSULTATION SERVICE POLICY SCHEDULING Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment and are subject to availability. Failure to cancel or reschedule within these timeframes will be recorded as a missed appointment. Clients with three or more missed appointments within twelve months may have booking privileges restricted. NATURE OF SERVICES All services provided by Agard Research Associates Inc. ("ARA") are educational and informational only. Services do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, tax, or financial advice. ARA staff are not licensed attorneys, medical professionals, or counselors. Clients should consult licensed professionals for matters requiring specialized expertise. MEDIATION DISCLAIMER Mediation services are private, voluntary, and conducted outside the court system. The mediator is a neutral facilitator and does not provide legal advice, render judgments, or make binding decisions. Any agreement reached is non-binding unless formalized through appropriate legal channels. Parties may withdraw from mediation at any time. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of ARA services, including decisions made based on information provided, mediation outcomes, or reliance on educational guidance. For complimentary services, liability is limited to $0.00. HOLD HARMLESS By booking services, the client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify ARA from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the client's use of services. The client assumes full responsibility for decisions made based on information obtained through ARA. CONFIDENTIALITY Client information will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law. Mediation communications are confidential and not admissible in subsequent legal proceedings to the extent permitted by law. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
