Freddie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Georgian Court University, following the completion of his Associate of Arts in Humanities and Humanistic Studies from Brookdale Community College in 2024. His academic experience integrates critical thinking, ethics, and organizational management, preparing him for the multifaceted responsibilities of nonprofit leadership. His studies in business administration have enhanced his understanding of corporate operations, budgeting, and strategic planning, which he applies directly to his role at Agard Research Associates. Freddie approaches administrative and strategic governance with a blend of structure, analytical reasoning, and adaptability, enabling him to balance efficiency with innovation.

Beyond his work with Agard Research Associates, Freddie has cultivated a professional background that reflects adaptability, leadership, and interpersonal skill. As a substitute teacher, he has demonstrated patience, discipline, and communication skills by maintaining positive learning environments and supporting student development.
